Operations Manager

Ashley is an Operations Manager with more than seven years of work experience in the finance sector in the greater Washington, DC area.

Prior to joining STG, Ashley worked for Hilton Hotels and Resorts as an Account Clerk. Ashley began her tenure as a night auditor for the company. With her keen understanding, Ashley excelled quickly in the role and earned a promotion into the accounting department in less than a year. Her professional history also includes time at Kositzka Wicks & Company, where she worked, as a Finance Assistant, closely with the CPA’s to become a Tax Preparer.

Ashley is a DC native who loves to getaway to the beautiful beaches of Miami. She is passionate about social justice and a strong advocate for children’s nutrition and well-being. When she’s not at work, Ashley enjoys searching out local markets to discover new and exotice fruits with her daughter and playing sports with her son.
