Gabby LaVerghetta is a director at STG with experience at non-profit and international organizations. She helps her clients reach their target audience, whether that’s policymakers or grassroots activists. Her specialty is creating dynamic, engaging content that tells a story and inspires action.

Before joining STG, Gabby served as the Global Communications Director at the World Affairs Council – Washington, DC, where she highlighted the students and teachers who participated in global education programs. Her efforts there resulted in dramatic growth across social media platforms, including a 93% increase in followers on Twitter and a 60% increase in likes on Facebook. Gabby also created and executed communications campaigns that resulted in coverage by The Washington Post, Al Jazeera America, BBC Radio, C-SPAN, and The Washington Diplomat.

Gabby holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree from American University. When she’s not at home in Washington, DC, she’s probably at Camden Yards cheering on the O’s.
